Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Used, damaged, or altered items

• Products returned without original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Products purchased during sale or discount are non-refundable, unless required by law

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
